Elena looked dazzling in her Alfred Sung dress while Thomas fitted right in with his boots at Hacienda Pinilla's brand new JW Marriott hotel, which was a beautiful backdrop to this couple's elopement. They enjoyed a beautiful sunset dinner right on the beach and they where the very first ones to use the chapel. This JW Marriott is designed with the typical hacienda style that characterizes this province of Guanacaste in the country. It's an open plaza with roofed hallways all around filled with wood benches and hammocks. It is a place that takes you back in time giving you the conveniences of a luxurious hotel.

Penny & Jamie are both from Mississippi, since I spent some time in the South before I went to college in California, I save some fond memories from being there. I lived in New Orleans, miss the food!! Penny and Jamie mentioned that while Katrina did cause a lot of damage in New Orleans, people forgot about states that were just as severely hit. A lot of Penny and Jamie's family members lost their homes.
